Hypercore raised a $13.5 million Series A led by Insight Partners

Hypercore raised a $13.5 million Series A led by Insight Partners to build an admin agent for private credit. Its four cofounders served together in the Israeli Defense Forces, and the platform now manages more than 10,000 loans worth over $20 billion.

We invested because private credit has grown quickly while the software running it stayed stuck in spreadsheets and generic tools, leaving a wide opening for a purpose-built platform. Hypercore automates the fee, interest and covenant work that lenders otherwise track by hand, which removes costly errors and frees teams to manage more loans. The founders pair deep lending domain knowledge with strong engineering, and they are building at the moment private credit is scaling and demanding better infrastructure.
