He founded and led the European branch of Founders Forum’s strategy advisory arm, which was later acquired by Accenture. He then joined Merantix, an AI venture fund, where he co-founded AI House Davos at the World Economic Forum and built Europe’s largest AI community around the AI Campus in Berlin.

After relocating to Australia, Hendrik recognized the immense potential in the still nascent ANZ ecosystem and joined NZVC to back early-stage founders in the region.
